Personalized Grocery Planning
The ICA Shopping Agent is a concept that automates weekly grocery planning by generating personalized shopping lists based on users’ buying habits.
Users can steer the list through simple goals such as discounts, fruit and vegetables, or Swedish-produced food, while keeping full control to adjust items at any time. The list updates automatically ahead of the user’s usual shopping day and is available across the ICA App, Scan & Go in store, and the web.
Outcome: Less manual planning, smarter prioritization, and a shopping list that adapts to real behavior rather than forcing new habits.
